"Dancing is a great way to get in shape, and put a smile on your face at the same time. On this Fit at Five we check out a popular dance fitness class that has people moving, and shaking their way to a leaner body.
This class was fantastic, and I couldn't get over how drenched I was after the class. I'm not going to lie. I did feel a little lost at times with the Dance moves, but Heather Nutting of Saco Sports and Fitness said you get the hang of it after a couple classes. So the question is...would I take this class again? ABSOLUTELY!"
