From the Maine Turnpike

• 95 take exit 36 and merge onto I-195 toward Saco/Old Orchard Beach.
• Continue 1 mile and take the Industrial Park Road exit 1.
• At the T in the road turn LEFT onto Industrial Park Road.
• At the traffic light turn Right onto North St. / ME 112.
• The health club is less than 0.1 miles on the right hand side.
